When I first contacted brother Sufyan Naeem and his agency from London I was not too sure how reliable there agency was as they are based in Manchester. Since I spoke to brother Sufyan before I booked my umrah trip he always gave me the best umrah packages towards my requirments such as price, hotel stars and distance to masjid. Once I made my booking and went Umrah Sufyan has kept his promise that all the bookings for hotel transport from jeddah airport to makkah to Medina went very well without any problems. I even booked an extra couple nights after umrah in abu dhabi where Sufyan had found a good hotel and price for me to book which was very good. This agency had brothers working in makkah and medina to support any situations with hotel bookings and transport where I had 2 people to help sort out my booking in medina hotel when they couldnt find my booking details at the hotel. The customer service was available 24/7 and answered all my calls everytime. They booked my ziyarat both in makkah and medina where my family had a very great time. Overall very good 100% service from brother Sufyan and would recommend the agency to anyone planning to go Hajj or Umrah In sha allah.

"Umrah trip 2023"

I had planned to go to Umrah and randomly searched on Google and found out about Haq travel. I checked and read their reviews and then I rang them and Safyan brother has told me all the different options and packages, showing affordable and reasonable prices. He gave me a 5 star package with great Turkish Airline. My Makkah Hotel was Elaf Kinda, which was only 2 minutes walk to harram, where you can easily go to harram at Fajr and Tahajad times and can also listen to Azan in your room! The hotel service was excellent and it was in an amazing location with famous Albaik Restaurant in front of the hotel. I was very pleased about the services. My package was also included with their outstanding transport service. The drivers always came on time, and had great communication through the app. My hotel in Madina was the New Madina hotel, which was also excellent service. The hotel was very close to Masjid Nabwi and the Buffet Breakfast was delicious.
I highly recommend Haq Travel and I am very very thankful to Safyan brother and the Haq Travel company, it was an amazing trip! You can book with them and they will assist you in all steps

"This was our first umrah with family"

This was our first umrah with family. We booked complete package, including flights, hotels, visas and transportation( airport to makkah, makkah to madina and to the airport) Sufyan was amazing. He found the best hotels and only 5 minutes( or even less) walking distance to both mosques. Everything went so smooth and sufyan eve kept in touch with us throughout the trip to ensure everything was Ok. Now my whole family will be booking their umrah packages through sufyan. "Absolutely a horrible experience"

Absolutely a horrible experience.
We requested hotels nearby, they promised and reassured us that they will located us nearby..
And they had given us a hotel in Madinah, which was a 30 minute walk distance away from the Mosque.

This was very very difficult. Especially when having to come back and forth to the mosque.
My feet and my whole body is shattered from this.
They had broken my trust and have lied.

Make sure you guys CHECK your hotel distances as when we had called they advised changes with hotels can only be made a day before you arrive at the hotel. Which is UTTER nonsense.

Completely appalled that they had not helped and instead said we need to PAY more. We will never use their services again.
