As a Muslim its imperative we hold our values and also not make promises we can't deliver on.
I must forewarn our brothers and sisters about this service.
My brother booked Umrah for February 2024. I have a usual go to travel agent I use locally, but at my brothers behest we booked with Haq Travels. We had never used them (and nor will be ever use them again!) Here's why:
'Abdul' got in touch was polite and courteous and dealt with everything in a professional manner, this was only until the trip started.
We booked separately and hence had seperate transfers, but the agent decided to make all our transfers under one booking, I refused to do this but agent was adamant they had spent MORE money for us to have this so called 'upgrade'. This was far from the truth!
On arrival in Jeddah we were greeted by our driver with a 10 seater for a party of 13 of us.
We had to send 4 passengers in an Uber. And others were sat with suitcases on their laps and in the aisles on the van. It was one of the worst journeys and not a short one.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the rooms had been booked under the kids names, not sure why you would do this? Why not booked under the lead passenger?
We pre-empted issues with transfers and as such we advised Abdul to make sure our transfer from Makkah to Madina was not affected by their incompetence yet again. Lo and behold the day to transfer to Madina came. The transfer had been cancelled as the driver was trying to reach a mobile number that was not in use and at home in the UK. We were unaware that number and was the only
number supplied to the transfer company. Maybe have 2-3 numbers on there? We also gave our Saudi numbers over but there was no contact on them. 3 hours later the van turned up. Not to our surprise it was once again a 10 seater for 13 passengers, 13 large suitcase cases and 10 hand luggage. We had to send 5 people on the train as a last minute and we have to bare the brunt of the cost once again!!
On arrival in Madina again the booking were under random names and wrong names/spellings and took hours for the hotel to decipher the information at their end.
There was no empathy or care from the agent. It felt like we got your money we got you to your destination the rest is your problem.
Also as others have said the date farm and free 5kg dates was a lie and a scam. We were promised this but nothing was given and no calls to any of the group. Be God-fearing and do not scam people like this especially with children and elderly it's not good!
The aftercare was zero and after our complaints about transfers we never ever heard from them again. They couldn't care less.

Totally disgusting travel agent, horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone. From hotel booking to makkah hotel, Madina hotel, Jeddah airport taxi everywhere they made my journey nightmare.

Absolutely frustrated service.
We went to umrah in January 2024. This haqtravel agent made our journey absolute nightmare hotel bookings to their so called date farm visit. They changed hotel booking after initial deposit, they never informed us full information(like confirmation code) about hotel booking as a result we suffered every hotel we arrived. Taxi service was bad. Their customer service is careless. We never received our free dates. Just Fraud .

I used Haq Travels as a recommendation from a freind who also had a really good experience with them going to Umrah recently. Sufyan Naeem who dealt with my friends Umrah also dealt with mine. I would highly recommend his services, as it was my first time going he tailor made my package for me and my wife. Flights, private transfers hotels in Mecca and Madina. I was apperceive of how the package would come together in reality, but it was exactly how he explained. All documents and tickets was sent to me and it all worked brilliantly once we was in Saudi. Even the drivers contact you when there, which is reassuring. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
