Haq Travel have been absolutely amazing!

Faizan Tanveer served us with our Umrah package, his service from start to finish was fantastic.

He gave us options of all the hotels, then gave us the specific hotels we wanted, then arranged half board and full board for us to cater for the children and elderly so it is easy for them with all food provided at the hotel.

Faizan gave us the best flights for our circumstances and the flight that worked best with our situation.

Faizan considered everything for us and took into account every eventuality.

Definitely recommend booking with Haq Travels and ask for Faizan Tanveer as he is the best travel agent I’ve dealt with.

"Overall good …"

Alhamdullilah our experience with Haq travel was good, however, there are space for improvement, there need to be more English speakers working in their transportation department, communication was a big factor as they mainly speak Urdu and not many understand English. Our first hiccup was when the taxi driver who supposed to pick us up from airport, kept saying 5min he’ll be there, after an hour of frustration we had to get on a random taxi to take us to the hotel, the company agreed to pay the taxi driver though. We had to chase up to organise the Ziyra and date farm visit. Swissotel in Makkah was amazing, really enjoyed the closeness to Haram, breakfast was fantastic with variety of food. However, the hotel in Medina Emaar al Mektan was disappointing, food was cold, the housekeeper refused to give out toilet rolls and towels, knowing there’s 3 of us sharing a room. Other than that overall experience was good

We arranged everything via Haq Travels. Everything went smoothly from accomodations in terms of hotels, flights and taxi services.

"Managed to perfection"

All managed to perfection from Abdul Ahad who was extremely helpful from start to finish. Initially I was skeptical but the company is extremely professional, punctual and well managed.

All transfers were on time and flexible, flight tickets were issued and given to me on time, visas were completed on time and all travel information was issued to me.

Only slight issue was that in Makkah I asked for Haram view and paid extra but was given just a slight view of the outside of Haram rather than the entire Haram or even any part of the Kaaba which essentially made the view useless for me and going back id not pay the extra for this.
