Points off for courier that had no working tail lift so the whole pallet had to be broken down and items lifted off the vehicle individually and put on to another pallet before moving to location.

After THREE failed deliveries of the ordered (and paid for) racking, I lost all faith and cancelled my order. I asked for a refund and was sent a credit note. I again asked for a refund, which did eventually arrive. I have since had excellent service from a rival company.
