Very impressed with the efficiency of the sales/customer support team. The items arrived promptly and were well-packed on a (very heavy!) pallet.

Delivery to a workplace - With every order I arrange a suitable date and specify which building on campus, plus these details are written into the PO ensuring staff cover here to receive; then delivery arrives with no regard to request. There is a disconnect between the team taking orders and the despatch dept.
