Ordered a set of 6 racking shelves for garage and shed. Arrived quickly. An issue with pieces missing from one box was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use again.

We have always used Rapid racking because you know what your getting and its very heavy duty. The workbenches are superior and not cheap and nasty so will last you a long time.

The delivery was quick enough. However, when my extra melamine shelf arrive I was disappointed because it had no edging on it ! i.e. bare chipboard edges. However, Rapid Racking's support team contacted me and sorted it all out in very quick time by replacing the board.
So no complaints at all.
