Fenton were perfect - from prompt email communication, to a very informative and friendly appointment in London to pick the gemstone, to sorting out resizing after I proposed.

At no stage did they hard-sell me, and I truly love the ring (as does my fiancee). Going to be recommending Fenton to friends and family - experience has genuinely been a pleasure.

After purchasing a ring from a jeweller who went into liquidation and having the scary feeling that I'd never see an end product or my money back Fenton came in to save the day.

From the initial phone call I had with them to me walking out the (beautiful and charming) store with a ring on my fiancée's finger the service could not have been better.

The team was super knowledgeable and scarily they were very good at reading people and knowing what would suit them and what wanted! Definitely helped to learn that an oval solitaire isn't the only engagement ring option out there.

I couldn't be happier with the ring my fiancée and I chose and I can safely say she hasn't stopped smiling since we left the store.

We will 100% be going back to Fenton as the first point of call for anything special! And would recommend Laura and the team in a heartbeat.

So thrilled with my aquamarine solitaire ring. Sij couldn’t have been more helpful, I was shown all sizes in Stones and went for Bigger with Pave band and it’s absolutely beautiful. Went to the pop up shop in Manchester which was perfect for me living in Yorkshire.
Would hesitate to buy from Fentons again.

Myself and my fiancé visited the Fenton showroom in London at the end of January to design my engagement ring - from the very first email to book the appointment, to the ring arriving the other day, the Fenton team have been an absolute joy to deal with. The team are incredibly knowledgable, helpful and friendly, and the ring is absolutely perfect and more beautiful than I ever imagined.
