Our company is very happy to have moved back to Blue NRG after a relocation to new premises and the existing high profile supplier at the premises.
Flexible pricing in the current market is essential and Blue NRG provide that combined with excellent customer service.

"Actual Bill presentation & File name needs adjusting"

We had a bit of a bumpy start but we seem to be travelling along well now. We have 15 accounts with BLUE NRG for our company, because I personally don't manage the spending on these they are printed out and given to another manager "old School". Plus being so many, we need to monitor them closely. They are filed both manually and digitally. It is excruciatingly time consuming and paper wasting. It means every file needs to be renamed!!! It would be wonderful to have the "Property Name" & date in the file name when sent initially from BLUE NRG, it would save me hours! Also, other companies I have dealt with have managed to get their bills down to two pages, meaning only one sheet of paper per bill. On top of that, compared to my other providers which was quarterly billing, I now have 180 accounts just from Blue NRG alone. It would wonderful if we could edit the “PROPERTY NAME” as we wish to appear on the bill so we can easily identify accounts. I have just logged in to the website and it’s BRILLIANT that you have allowed multiple account numbers under one log in!! That is hard to come by I really appreciate that. Thank you Julie Feher

We got a quote from Zembl and then found that you added a 60c per day metering charge that wasn't quoted. Not good. You need to remove it or charge Zembl, not us.
