Be careful with this company, At the start they charge you less but after a couple of months your get charged Double.

We notified BlueNRG that we were moving and set up a new account with them for our new address but for 3 months they have sent threatening letters about reporting our credit file and cutting our power at the old place. Doesn't matter how many times we explain we no longer occupy that premises. Cut the power and see if I care!!! If you mark my credit file ill see you in court!!

Your billing based on guesstimated power consumption is unacceptable. I am happy to pay my account on time, if you bill for actual power used. Read the meter. Send me a bill. I pay the bill. Everybody is happy.
Do not send me an estimated bill. If you choose the meter is to be read every 90 days, that is BlueNRG choice.If you want 30 day billing then you need a 30 day meter read cycle.
