Your staff would not accept that we needed a quote on a job prior to agreeing to the job. They would not move forward until we agreed to the job, no matter the cost to us. It simply went around and around on the same treadmill. I could not cancel our contract fast enough. Atrocious! Never ever again will I use BlueNRG
