1) Hope Johnson lied to me regarding completing my transfer of equity
2) Causing unnecessary delays. I need this transfer of equity submitted to land registry and expedited because I have a pending remortgage and property purchase. Which I informed you day 1.
3) overcharged almost double even though it's was a fix fee quote and Amber confirmed the original fee quote was okay and sent me an email confirming this.
4) now ignoring my emails.
