We have always been impressed with the professionalism of the conveyancers and the online system allows us to see exactly where we are with our sale and access and view all documents documents even some years after our sale and purchases are complete.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Poor communication from start to finish.
Asked to sign the same thing multiple times, and provide same documents more than once.

The big one though was being asked for more documents with less than 12 hours before we moved out of the house. Obviously, everything was packed and this was a real issue so late in the process.
Apparantly due to final review before exchange.
Can I suggest that this review be done at least a week sooner?

Communication has been excellent, and very quick. The platform to input information and upload documents is extremely user friendly. I was contacted promptly by our case handler, and felt assured that she would work quickly on our case. She also provided her contact details saying if I had any questions to contact her. We are in the early stages of selling a property, but so far I have been extremely impressed with the solicitors.

Professional service at a reasonable cost. Everything is done remotely with an easy to use digital hub to exchange information between conveyancer and you the client with phone calls and updates also provided when required.
