Purchasing a home can be a stressful experience, but the online system, and particularly our conveyancer Ali Aziz, made the experience a lot easier and supportive than a conventional high street solicitors that we have previously used. Ali can only be described as a star! Throughout the whole process Ali was very reliable and professional, always getting back to us as soon as possible, either by phone or email, keeping us well informed and updated.

Eway is so simple to use, and cuts out a lot of time waiting for information and documentation, either being sent to us, or us sending over essensial documents.

I struggled at first with the online system and almost gave up. It would have been better to give prior advice that the downpour of form filling would dry up after a week or so.
The I/D process appeared a little OTT but grateful for the explanation by the case handler.
The benefits clearly are that you can do a lot of the work at a time to suit you.
