Got Payed a couple of dollars for 90 days of feed in Sep-Dec (have 6.6 KW PV with 13KW battery) 10.1KWH i think it was, My supplier / installer has all my stats remotely they said i had EXPORTED 1400KWH over this period. AGL still after several calls say their figures are correct (no anomalies on my side). Go figure, Oh same thing happened almost a year ago.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. They kept us on the phone for hours one day to transfer our phone numbers from dodo to new AGL sim plans. They sent our sim cards when we eventually agreed to switch to them and all went down hill from there. On the 14th of December we got our sim cards even though they said they had sent them on the 18th of November. I went to activate them and they said our dates of birth were wrong. Ive called them every second weekday to ask for help and just when I think its solved they've told me more and more false info. Now when I call them they tell me my date of birth and address is wrong and when I go to confirm it with them they keep telling me I'm wrong! We've been without working phones for an entire week and they keep saying it's "processing" and whenever I call my old provider they tell me they have never received the transfer request that AGL has told me they've sent! Dodo has also already closed my account so I've now lost all of our numbers. Pathetic service, don't go through AGL they will screw you over and tell you it's because they're "processing" it.

For this issue, I called the customer servicer at least 6 times
Every time I called u I need to explain the whole story again and again even if I had reference no.
So I tried chatting service, no one give me proper answer except a word wait wait wait.
I couldn't set the date
Because it happened through 2 weeks

"The only thing AGL does well is incompetence"
Still waiting after 5 weeks for my refund. Every single time I have contacted them over this time (which has been a lot) I get told that they are processing it and I have to wait a certain amount of days - either 14-15 days or 5-7 days to receive it. And every single time that has turned out to be a lie. They never processed it. So it’s this revolving story of being told to wait and getting nothing for 5 weeks now and apparently I have to wait another week again after the last enquiry.
All they do is lie and dodge when they have to pay you money but if you owed them you wouldn’t get the same treatment you’d get charged a late fee and have your electricity disconnected but when they have to pay you money it’s a very different story.
Are they going to pay me a late fee? Are they going to give me compensation for their incompetence. No they just get to carry on ripping people off.
