Poor service. Never turn up on the time of connection as promised inspite of multiple on line chats. Chats never helpful and taking too long. Will definitely not recommend your co. to other people. Very disappointed

AGL customer service representatives are very polite, patient, happy and understanding. When I ask so many questions they always have an answer. I enjoy the app as I am not great at talking on the telephone. I love that we can send them a picture of our metre instead of getting someone out as I am always working and unable to let the metre man in.

"Dreadful customer service"
Dreadful customer service, I have a recurring issue with my gas meter read that's been going on almost a year now and they have proved totally incapable of fixing it. I have to waste every bill cycle getting it sorted- they never seem to keep notes so its starting from fresh every time. My bills consistently come in 3-4 times higher than what they should be all because AGL can't sort out how to read a meter.

Please check the bill before you pay. They will promise all the discounts but will disappear without informing the customer. When I ask them to prove, that they send the email regarding my discount changes, they just disconnected me from Chat. When I called I didn't get a proper response. Very awful service.
