The biggest draw back for our business is the battery life of the terminal. Other than that we are satisfied with Dream Payments so far.

I’m enjoying my Dream payments machine. But it went down ( outage across the board) for 5-6 hours at two of my biggest shows of the year. Which lead to me losing many sales. I was very disappointed about that.

The service worked great when it was working. I dislike that I cannot track my product sold without quickbooks ($10/mth). It would be great if the app was full service without expensive additional services. Apparently I can export a doc and figure it out myslef, but an easy app where I can click on an item and it time period and see my totals would really make dream payments great.

I would like to see the layout of the online receipt to illuminate the light gray text replace it with regular black for when I print receipts it’s hard to see the light gray my bookkeeper requires a paper trail for everything we do

I am very pleased with the process and the Dream payments system..The only concern i had was i paid $149.99 from you and a week later Staples had it online for $49.99.. I was not very pleased that i paid $100.00 more for my machine.... :(

It works well, when it’s working. Unfortunately, it doesn’t always work. I had a few times where it just disconnected or froze on me, which made it somewhat unreliable and lead to a loss of sales.

Love this product! Simple set up and super easy to use. I had to get a replacement system, under warrany and had it in several days. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
