The only issues I have are that the app is very picky and sometimes won't connect so it takes a little longer. I wish it would stay logged in for longer periods of time so I'm not constantly having to close it out and restart to get it connected. Otherwise it's very handy to have and works well.

I ordered a dream payments unit for my brand new business so I could start collecting debit and credit cards. WELL, when a large payment of mine didn't go through I called dream payments. I spoke to a man who belittled me and ridiculed me. He asked questions like "what do you spend your money on?"
"You just got a payment 4 days ago, where is that money"
" oh why are you buying personal items when you have a business to run"
I responded that it is none of his business and his reply was
"If in want to know what time you use the washroom at then you will tell me or I will hold this payment and make your life difficult by investigating you for fraud"
I told him go ahead I have nothing to hide.
I later found out this guy works for TD bank, their merchant account. His reasoning for doing this.... my projected sales were higher then I predicted! I'M A GROWING BUSINESS and I have never accepted credit before so how would I know what I was going to make every month? I guess you are not alouD to grow your company or you have to make a pretty exact guess on how much will be payed in credit card.
Well they froze my funds, and investigated and guess what, they didn't find any fraud but they said my funds will be released in a few weeks!
A few weeks? I am a single mother and it's 4 days until Christmas and I haven't been abLe to except credit cards so I have lost a ton of business, in 2 weeks I'm looking at eviction.
ALL BECAUSE OF DREAM PAYMENTS.
I called to speak to dream payments directly and spoke to someone named Nina who was completely unsympathetic to the situation and them REFUSED to give me the name of the man I spoke to so I could complain to TD bank.
This has been my worst nightmare and it was for nothing. I did NOTHING wrong. Well, getting a unit through dream payments was what I did wrong here...
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
DON'T LET WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HAPPEN TO YOU!

"Placed order for card reader"

Placed order for card reader, paid extra for 2 day shipping. Got the order confirmation quickly. Waited 5 days and no package.
Called customer service and was told that there was a back log of orders, my order would ship in 14 days. Great I pay extra for a 3 week wait. Never received an email informing me of the delay, no communication at all.
Cancelled order and walking over to Staples to purchase a Square off the shelf.
Edit: as I was writing this review, my phone rang and a bored sounding voice informed me that my order would be delayed. No information given until I complained.
