Dream Payments system has cost me nothing but trouble, and their problem solving and customer service make things even worse!! They need to go back and try again with their software- and this time not launch until it functions properly!

"Process too cumbersome and lengthy"

It is a good option for receiving debit payments, but the process of preparing to receive these payments takes too long. (I have to ensure I am signed in, then blue tooth pair the unit with my smart phone, all of which takes several minutes before preparing the unit to receive the payment. The process needs to be repeated with each of my customers as I need to resign in after a short period of time.)

"I have had Dream Payments for almost 2 …"

I have had Dream Payments for almost 2 years. I am happy with it although I do not use it to process credit cards as square has a cheaper rate. I mostly use it for debit. My only complaint is that you have to keep signing in and when you are busy it takes too long

"The product DreamPayment is excellent, but the service..."

The product DreamPayment is excellent. The only problem is the customer service I received. When I called DreamPayment, the man who answered me gave me one of the worst service and he hung up the line.

I still leave 4 stars, because the company has an excellent product and only one person is not, at least I hope, the reflection of the service usually given.

"Time is a factor!"

Payment processing is the longest part of our interaction with a client. It takes several minutes for the information to cross between devices.
Still working out a few kinks with sign in and changing devices throughout the day but overall we like the security, size and a convenience of Dream Payments.
Glad we found it, hoping for a bit more from the app and connecting to go a bit faster.

"I really don't like that you have to …"

I really don't like that you have to login often. I use dream payments at craft shows. Sometimes I'm not using the reader for over an hour. Having to get the buyer to just wait there while you login and the bluetooth connects can take a lot of time. Because of this most buyers don't want to wait. They end up not buying, paying with square or cash.
