"My partners and I find the experience …"

My partners and I find the experience with Dream Payments is quite irritating. Here are a few examples:
- Unlike Square, DP auto sign out after about 20mins not using it. We understand it might be good for security reasons, but it takes pretty long to sign back in
- It also takes a while to scan and connect the reader
- it randomly asks for access pin which I already entered
- Overall, it takes a long time (at least 2mins) to process eaxh debit payment from start to finish. And when we are busy at the craft shows, customers cannot wait that long
- The app and system has errors frequently and we often receive emails saying that the system is out of service for maintenance

Compared to other platforms we have used, DP is our least favorite. Please improve it so that we could feel confident when recommend your product to other businesses because the general concept is great.

An excellent option to provide credit and debit service for small business. Easy to use, fairly reliable....can be glitchy as it's on wifi but not more so than the other options. Tech support department is excellent. Been using this for at least 6 months now and am super satisfied with my choice!

Still waiting to get paid for transaction that said approved and after customs left came up declined also said update fixed all problems however next trade show would not acepped visa not happy with this and taking to long to get straightened out still no call from them regaurding lose money .
