I like the ease of the system. It does not stand up well I am on my third unit in less than a year. The fact that it doesn't hold your clients email from one time to the next is frustrating.

I've had a good experience. My business partner has had 2 seperate events where the payments either didn't go through, and they showed they did, or the payments went missing. Dream Payments was good about helping but this should never happen.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I had a terrible experience with Dream Payment.
I bought a device in store and my own fault I lost the receipt so when I contacted Dream for a replacement they sent me a shipping label to return it and was told a new one would be on its way once received. After a few weeks I heard nothing so I contacted Dream and they said devices are handled by telus. Called telus and they had no idea what Dream even was. Called back Dream and got redirected to a different telus number. They tried to send me to Dream AGAIN but I fought back. Finally I was told, not in their words, that sucks to be me. There was no record of my return so now I have no device and I am out the cost of the device. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE!!!!!

Great system although it logs off after short periods of idleness. It should not log off unless i log it off. Customers waiting to pay have a short patience span and will change their minds on a purchase. Also glitches. Randomly wont process and i have to reboot and start over. Have lost card sales over this problem

Now that glitches have been worked out of the system we LOVE Dream Payments. And.....after a glitch that cost our small business almost 300$, Dream Payments came through with a "refund" in the total amount. Received it in the mail yesterday. I have been telling others how great it is to work with Dream Payments! Thanks.
