We are happy with the size of the machine, it's convenience, and the rates.

The security feature that logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity is very annoying. We also experience different technical issues every day that it's used such as tap not working, the machine needing to be restarted, and the machine disconnecting. Usually the problems are fixable, but it's inconvenient to try and repair things while a customer waits for you.

I'm very happy with the product even though there are a few hiccups once in a while. The app crashes on occasion and the blue tooth connection is sometimes very slow. Besides that it's been amazing.

Being able to accept debit was a huge deal for my business and this unit generally works well, although it has some glitches that unless you play with the unit a lot you won't know what to do and will think it just isn't working. Also battery always gets drained because if the app is still running on my tablet the unit won't shut off. Like I said, a few small issues but otherwise worth it!

Totally unreliable for debit transactions. Won't connect and customers left waiting. Very embarrassing during busy periods. I know of 2 other businesses ghats tried it and like me have stopped using it.
