Service à la clientèle trop long. Parfois le paiement interac ou crédit n'est pas disponible et maintenant mon lecteur ne se connecte plus à l'application même avec des resets. Points positifs, les dépôts sont rapides et pas de frais mensuel!

Dream payments claim that they are better than square, this is not the case as they don't advertise that you must have a business in order to have an account. We do fundraisers for at risk youth, help feed homeless etc. We felt it would be great to accept debit in addition to credit cards. So we are returning this device and sticking with the square as we are denied an account. thanks for wasting our time Dream Payments. I will be letting everyone i know that does fundraisers that square is the way to go!

The reader broke down. It has frozen many times and I am out $150 in sales for lack of knowledge of what the new app said as not completed. Little tech support.

This is a great payment system and gets a 5 star rating.
However, their customer service gets a 1 rating. I was doing an outdoor craft show this past weekend of June 3-4 and could not hook up to the system so I called customer service twice and left my phone contact no. It was 9.30 am when I called and they didn't call me back until 6.30 pm. 1 1/2 hours after the show closed on the Saturday. Its a good thing that I have square as a back up system.

Some days the system doesn't work as fast as I would like depenses of my internet connection. But it's worked well still now.

Dream Payments is just wonderful - have used the "bank" company for years, but like this much better. Sure you will pay higher percentage rates, but no monthly fees, or extra charges and you own the machine. - no rent. It's mobile, it takes Debit cards and it's Canadian! Yeah. About the only negative is that it times out quicker than I would like, and I have to sign in again - but very doable. Go ahead - you won't be sorry.

I had one minor glitch when I first signed up with Dream Payments, otherwise has been great. I love that I can take debit payments along with the option for credit card payments.

A TAD of a buggy system still, pretty finicky, but great when it works. If you have international clients, their credit/debit cards likely won't work though. A REALLY embarrassing situation for them when they try to pay while on vacation and can't! Just be aware of this.....
