I absolutely love using Dream Payments!! The ability to take debit cards is a "dream" way for my customers to make a payment. Easy to use! and very fast! My customers feel so much more secure knowing they can use their pin chip codes for better security. Love it!

The 25 cent fee that a customer would be charged is there any way that could be included when they are making there transaction on the key pad? Instead of me asking them for the fee charge.
Other wise I'am happy with what I've seen so far

We have been using the app for a mobile service business for a few weeks now. Have 3 trucks using the equipment teamed up with an i pad. Been working really well. Like the automatic updates back to quickbooks. Saved alot of time and headaches having to track down customers for the bill after.

The machine itself is ok so far except that the battery dies far too quickly in fact I think it's a product problem and will be requesting a new unit.
I also am having an issue reviewing total sales and monthly sales ... the history disappears?? Why ? I need to see this for my taxes - I don't use quick books.
Customers seem happy enough with the experience so that's fine.

The unit works well but the battery life could be better. I've been getting very good feedback from customers, they all love the card reader and find it very easy to use. I like how easy it was to set up and payments go through quickly. I would give this a 4.8/5 if possible.

Tap function doesn't always work and haven't had any success with Apple Pay.

Love it! Receive my money in a timely manner. Fees are very reasonable. Love the debit ability. Only had one problem. Customers card would not work so needed an option to enter manually. Other than that keep up the awesome job😄It would be a five star otherwise
