This system is incredible, and incredibly easy! Not only is it affordable (with NO monthly fees and contract), it took a few minutes to set up, and had our whole catalog entered in for easy transactions. We didn't need to read the manual on how to use this machine. It was very easy and straightforward. We made so many more sales because of the debit option. When we told our customers that we offer debit, their eyes lit up and they bought more. We were told over and over that they wanted to purchase more, but didn't have the cash on hand, so the debit option was a hit. We use Dream payments at festivals and Handmade Markets. The battery life lasts all day into the next, so we didn't have to worry about needing electricity to charge the device. Can't say the same about our cell phones, but in "powersaver" mode you're good to go! We can't wait to have it set up on our ecommerce website.

"Cannot manually enter credit cards"

Cannot manually enter credit cards. I often have customers call in their order and need a way to process their cards. You cannot do this with Dream Payments and it is listed nowhere on their website that you can't. If I would have known this I never would have purchased this device.

It was a bit of a challenge to get started with the Dream Payments machine but as soon as I found a person who knew all the ins and outs of how Dream Payments worked, my issues were resolved. Now I don't have to lose any debit sales because now I can accept them!
