VERY HAPPY! Small business debit!!
Have been using this unit daily at my store for one month. With no issues taking transactions. It is paired with the app running on my iphone. The DP unit runs 8 hours a day for 3 days on one charge. Bluetooth and set up takes some practice.
Payments have been made by midnight the next business day after the customer transaction. No extra fees for Tap transactions. This unit is a godsend for small business and micro-entrepreneurs because it takes debit. In Canada 'Square' does not take debit, Dream Payments does.

To improve: There is no detailed monthly statement with fees charged by Dream Payments. There is a daily statement which is emailed to the business however the fee's and gst DP takes for the service is not clear nor is gst even stated as being collected by DP. Revenue Canada will not like that.
Quality of the charging cord supplied is poor. It fell apart with first use. Have used other micro usb cords on hand to charge.

Love the Dream Payments. Deposits are fast and terminal is easy to use. The app freezes upon opening sometimes which can be frustrating. (Could be the Samsung s7 I use). Would highly recommend this little unit!

Communications are horrible system is full of problems, equipment is unreliable, reconciliation with QB is hugely time consuming, and instructions are useless. Compared to other options this product is a non starter

My machine is practically new and no matter how full I charge it won't work without the cord, which has inconvenienced me. Also please accept American Express, I lost a huge client because of this limitation.

Love Dream Payments. The only problems I have had are with the app for iOS. I have had to reset my password a number of times for no reason whatsoever, and would also love the ability to remain logged in (esp when at all day events).

It is a good system overall, but they are behind the curve in some respects. The lack of an option to remember the password potentially exposes that password to your clients. It's bluetooth seems to have issues, but that could be just my phone.
The biggest issue is the password; it just wastes a lot of time typing it in all of the time, when you could be making money instead.
