I love this system but every time I open the app on my phone it doesnt open and stops responding. It takes about 5 minutes to get it open properly and often have clients waiting impatiently to pay. Other than that it's great and I prefer over other systems I've used in the past

Très insatisfaites... J'ai recu ma machine en 2 jours mais rendu au moment de la faire fonctionné ça ne fonctionne pas avec l'application sur mon cellulaire. Cela fait 1mois et demi que j'apelle le soutien technique à TOUT les jours et ne m'aide pas du tout je peux seulement accepter 2 transactions par jour et le reste du temps sa ne fonctionne pas depuis plus d'un mois. Vraiment décu de mon expérience avec vous.

"DON'T PURCHASE THIS MACHINE"
DON'T PURCHASE THIS MACHINE! I'm a busy entrepreneur, and gearing up for an outdoor show in TWO days. I turned on the machine that I bought last year, and got an error code. (Tamper...) I called customer service and was told my machine is OBSELETE! I was advised that a new one would be sent out.
Today I received a call from Nina,who advised that I would have to purchase another one!!!!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! Do you think your customers are stupid? It seems to me that you set my machine to 'expire' at a certain date so you can sell more units. It's suspiciously coincedental.
Either way, I would happily encourage my customers to bring cash, etransfer, or use PayPal or Square for credit cards.
I thought the world of you in the beginning and recommended you to several people. But now ... forget it. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy this unit.
This is a machine that allows anyone to accept a debit card payment. You purchase it from #Telus and in collaboration with #TD payments are sent to your bank account. The machine software is created by #BlueBird and .... Every one gets paid !!!!
Anyway, I only paid $100, but I REFUSE to pay another $100 to be ripped off next year this time.

We run a taxi business with multiple lease drivers. The bank account should be linked to the smart phone rather than the card reader as Square does. In order to operate 1 car we have to have 4 separate card readers at 100 each.

So excited to be able to offer Bluetooth debit at craft shows! I love using Dream Payments, it's so simple and straight forward to use and my customers are thrilled to have now have a debit option. Really looking forward to having it for this upcoming holiday season, absolutely no complaints, very high recommended!
