"You cant keep a charge"

You cant keep a charge. If I was to go to a market I would not be able to use my machine for more than an hour. I have phoned about it and they say charge for an hour everyday.

However cheap power cord, fell apart second time used. Can't use program as a cash register though, still using square for that.

Have only used the app a few times and have had to log out and log back in at least three times because the debit credit option won't come up only says cash payment as an option, which isn't a real option. Have to cancel the transaction log out, wait a few minutes log back in and retry the transaction. Not very convenient when you are trying to get client out the door as the next one is waiting.

Received my Dream Payments machine within a couple days of placing my order. It is fast, convenient and very easy to use.

It worked for a couple transactions and hasn'tt worked since. I should have returned it tge furst time i had a problem when i received it. It wouldn't recognize my password from the first day I registered it. I've tried a number of times to use it. It connects and then promptly stops working had to go back to thr square it is TOTALLY reliable. Will not suggest the POS device to anyone.
Well Nina their rep did call to help. Lack of service is all i can say. Their attempt at fixing it just made it worse.
1) attempted to blame phone-problem i tried it on different phones but still didn't work when i needed it. Note the phones worked first time round.
2) can't help you if the unit is not in my hands at the time. Yes i put it away after losing customers and sales at an outdoor event which is what i purchased it for.
3) would not take item back because it was more then 2 weeks. Anyone who does shows knows if you do shows you need to have POS ready before the show so as not to be without.
Nina's comment after all was said and done sorry we can't help you solve this problem. I was out the money, receive terrible service from a Canadian company (so sad to say) and since it's more then two weeks i can't return it even though could only use it for less then 6 transactions before it stopped working.

"Exceptional customer service"

I did a lot of research before contacting the very few companies that had ended up in my final selection, and Dream Payments was the only one who promptly, completely and honestly answered all my questions. They have been there for me every step of the way. Phone customer support was amazing, no computer and no waiting time to speak to a real person. Email support was exceptional as well. Even answering on weekends when they didn't have to because the office is closed. Money was promptly deposited into my bank account and when my first card reader made trouble they replaced it immediately. I most certainly will recommend them to anyone.

"A Game Changer for Small Artisan Company"

I am absolutely loving my Dream Payments terminal. It's making sales so much easier and really giving me an edge with other crafters. For example, one day's sales without Dream Payments would have been $14.50. With it? I sold over $200 worth of product. It makes a huge difference, without all the overhead fees that comes from some of the other terminals and price them well out of my budget. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that it doesn't take Tap or Swipe. But the chip reader works 99% of the time on first go, so that's not a huge problem, but I and my customers would appreciate a firmware upgrade that allowed for those features in the future. Otherwise, I love it. Amazing product. Has paid for itself many times over in just a few weeks.
