I don't think I received a brand new terminal. Occasionally it glitches out and takes awhile to repair when my blue tooth which is inconvenient while a customer is waiting to pay.
However, his has been a game changer for me and my sales. The debit and tap option are amazing. I really love this the minor glitches I'm sure can be addressed and fixed

Once you purchase this ridicuolous priced machine (even used they are selling 100bucks) you CANNOT use them for any other business. I run two home based businesses and can only use it for the one as the receipts are tagged with the business name. You cant even transfer it to you business partner.

App interface was very user friendly.
Bank account wasnt even set up yet and there were no hidden problems or extra fees. Plain and simple and works great.
