I have not successfully downloaded the update yet so I cannot use your product. Tried numerous times kept getting errors. Called help desk was told to Uninstal app then reinstall try update again. Did all that and update fails everyone. I finally gave up

Easy to set up and use. I like this piece of equipment a lot. Payments arrive in my account in a very timely manner.

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed with this. Purchased this to use instead of my Square because it takes debit. After a few transactions it stopped working even after I used hot spot with my iPhone. So glad I had my Square today to use a trade show or my day would have been a totally disastrous.

So far the dream payment is fantastic for my salon. I didn't have to purchase internet to offer debit & credit. Just as easy as using any app with your dream payment hand device for your clients cards. It's very cost affective.
Only thing they could work on is the dream payment signing out through out the day. I'm guessing it does it when it isn't used in a while which is probably good but a little bit of a pain having to re-sign in to run your clients cards.
All in all a great replacement, cost wise and convenients to any other debit machine.

"We are testing this system for the 2017 …"

We are testing this system for the 2017 Holiday season for our Pop Up Shops and off site sales events.

The system is a great step as it allows us to accept tap, pin/chip, phone pay and debit which is an improvement over Square/Shopify. Unfortunately, the POS component is lacking many very basic tools.

Major items that are missing:

1) CSV import option or a non tablet product upload option. We are a store with 1000's of products and we have to individually upload each one.

2) Discounts at the till. The system does not allow you to provide discounts at the till. The only option is to calculate the discounted price and enter a custom sale.

3) Product variants. If you have a product in 10 colours, it has to be uploaded 10 times. There needs to be an option to say T-shirt (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, XL, M, SM) instead of scrolling through all the variants.

4) Penny rounding. Come on folks you and Shopify are both Canadian. You both refuse to offer penny rounding on cash transactions when Square added it almost immediately. I don't actually need the system to do this for me but it is a sign that both companies are focused South of the border.

At this point we plan to work through these issues and run this for September through December. Fingers crossed some of that money they raised to expand into the US will go towards making the interface more useful.
