The delivery of the sofa and assembly was excellent. Both men very helpful and professional. We were so excited to receive the sofa and have waited a long time to buy. We visited many showrooms before deciding to purchase an Arlo and Jacob sofa BUT is this the same sofa we chose in the showroom? The fabric and design are certainly right but what happened to the soft snuggly seat?
It feels as if the two base cushions are a ‘overstuffed’ and firm; the two back cushions don’t retain their shape at all which means they collapse on themselves so there’s nothing to support you. The two small cushions are so overstuffed with no give at all and rock hard. I think we need to revisit the showroom to see if the sofa we sat on and decided to order is, as remembered, softer and more comfy. We are disappointed and won’t be purchasing a second sofa from Arlo and Jacob as we planned to do.

I would highly recommend Arlo and Jacob for fantastic choice of sofas and brilliant customer service.
We were very indecisive choosing our sofa and made numerous enquires and visits to the showroom in Melbourne but the staff were patient and very helpful.
We were kept informed on expected delivery dates and they were super flexible regarding delivery and were happy to work around us.
Delivery men were friendly and careful,ensuring sofa was where it needed to be.
We're delighted we chose Arlo and Jacob.

"Rubbish customer service"

You have sent me a request - 8 months after I placed a order.
I ordered 4 cushions - they took weeks to arrive. I had to chase the store and head office by 'phone and e-mail. My order had obviously been lost. No call backs, etc etc - disappointed ....
