"What a brilliant company to deal with"

What a brilliant company to deal with. From our visit to Marlow (Rebecca) to the sofas in our living room.
We ordered a Hartfield sofa and a Ralf snuggler in a Linwood fabric. Divine.
Just one baby hiccup - Ralf came without his legs ! After speaking with Olivia at head office it was sorted with a call.
The problem was resolved within 24 hours and now Ralf has his legs and looking splendid.
The sign of a good company, for me, is how the problem is resolved. Arlo and Jacob could not have been more efficient.
Would certainly recommend. The choice and value is amazing

"Great experience buying our sofa with Arlo & Jacob"

Wonderful customer service and amazing product! We decided on the Hector sofa with caprini (old gold) fabric. We were told it would be 8-12 weeks before we would get in; however, to our delight it arrived after only 4 weeks! The sofa is extremely comfortable and cozy, well made and great quality. We enjoyed our experience with Anna at the Bristol location and the delivery men with very professional and quick! Thank you Arlo & Jacob!

"Discontinued fabric, thinly filled inners, untrustworthy stainguard insurance company."

We have had our sofas for fewer than 5 years and the feather cushions were already feeling thin, so much so that we could feel the frame of the Henry sofas. A & J quoted an additional £800 for replacement cushion inners alone (and then found that they have discontinued the fabric for our sofas which would have been an additional cost!) so we were totally compromised and uncompensated for our original 4k investment. We had stains on our cushions that we wanted to remove. The Emmiera stainguard insurance that A & J sold us with the purchase doesn’t cover multiple stains that occurred in the space of 1 week and having claimed once previously, the company were incredibly unhelpful both times, sending long request form and email hurdles, refusing the job or complaining when asked to do the clean and told in person that ‘it would take too long’ …! Amazed that such a ‘high profile’ sofa company would work with them. Disappointed on all accounts that the whole set had to be disposed of.

We recently had a wonderful experience at the Wilmslow store. Verity and Rachel were incredibly helpful, even entertaining our children so we could focus on considering all the beautiful colour options for our sofa. It was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had and we would highly recommend visiting this store.

Showroom staff are really helpful and knowledgable. Great quality. A small defect was resolved really quickly by a mobile upholsterer. I will happily buy from Arlo again.
