"Best after sales service I’ve ever received."

We bought an Otti L-shaped sofa which looks absolutely fantastic and has transformed our room (It’s soo comfortable), but when it arrived there was a small fold in the velvet on a seam. I mentioned this to the delivery team which was a Friday. Head office contacted me that day for clarification, and on the Monday I was told an upholsterer would be coming on the Tuesday, who fixed the issue. Best after service I’ve ever received.

I can’t recommend Arlo & Jacob enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. I ordered a sofa from their Otto collection with a complex combination of modular pieces, and the team processed my order quickly and efficiently.

Delivery was equally impressive—everything was unpacked, arranged perfectly, and all packaging was taken away. The sofa itself? Simply the most comfortable piece of furniture I’ve ever owned. It fits the whole family and has become the heart of our living room.

We were so delighted with it that we decided to add a matching footstool. However, in my sleep-deprived state (thanks to our newborn!), I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. Arlo & Jacob’s customer support team was incredibly kind and understanding, immediately offering to send out the correct colour to match our sofa.

It’s rare for me to leave reviews, but this experience was exceptional in every way. Incredible products, outstanding service, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Five stars all the way!

Great product selection so bought two sofas. There was a slight problem with one of the sofas, as soon, as I mentioned it to the team they really went the extra mile to ensure that it was resolved.
