"Unreliable"

Unreliable. Was meant to deliver my sofas in 5-7 weeks, now 12 weeks later and still no delivery date. Have nothing to sit on, they offered interim sofa but imagine the hassle of dealing with incompetent and unprofessional staff in the background, hence refused. Should have gone with another company but thought British make and to help. Never again!

A great range of sofas made to a high quality and with good, knowledgeable sales staff. The Islington showroom is well designed, with good point of sale information and fabric samples, and a the full range of sofas on display which is a critical part of the buying process. I would not consider buying a new sofa without being able to try it first.

Harrogate showroom has a lot of choice, the sales assistant was pleasant and helpful, and our expectations were managed well for timescales. The sofa is beautifully made and of high quality material. Would highly recommend as an investment piece!

Service and advice was amazing. I searched every sofa shop for 6 months then accidentally stumbled upon this shop and so grateful I did. Wonderful service, great staff, no pressure at all. I now am the proud owner of a very beautiful, comfortable sofa. Looks great, feels great, perfect. The delivery team were so brilliant. Cannot recommend this company enough. In my opinion worth that extra penny.

"No sign of sofa at almost 14 week mark"

I had a great experience in store and placed an order based on the fact it would be an 8-10 delivery time. I placed the order (and paid in full!!) and was then told it had slipped to 9-11 weeks…now almost at 14 weeks, no sign of the sofa and no update on a new ETA despite emailing the customer care address 3 times this week, with only one very high level reply that gave me no clarity whatsoever. Really disappointed…

We went to so many sofa shops trying to find one that fit our living wall. We loved the one at Arlo and Jacob, which we saw in store. Everything was straight forward and order arrived in the expected window. Two lovely people brought it in and assembled without any problems. Sofa is great quality , highly recommend!
