It was my first time buying a sofa from Arlo & Jacob so I was a little nervous. The Sales team in store were very patient and helpful and this continued throughout the buying process. What I found lifted Arlo & Jacob above other companies is the fact that they took the trouble to communicate while we waited for our sofa to be made and delivered. Delivery was easy to arrange and when I queried whether it would be possible to change the legs on my sofa, the team who made contact with me went out of their way to help. They solved my problem with slightly taller legs which they fitted as soon as they were ready so I can say, their service is superb.
And the sofa?? The best quality I have ever had-well made and well sprung, firm and comfortable.

The staff in Harrogate were incredibly patient with me, I find it hard to make decisions and visited the showroom several times! They welcomed my sons trying every sofa and were open to their decisions over mine, ha ha! The lady who took my order was soooo lovely! I would definitely order from them again.

We placed our order with the team in Ely for Ralf Grande Sofa. Lovely showroom and the team were very accomodating for the couple of times we popped in.

We stupidly didn't get the service to measure our home for the sofa to fit. So when Ed & Keith arrived it was a bit of a tight fit...I was convinced we were going to be left with no sofa.

Big shout out to them both, as they made sure to get it into our living room - I cannot thank them enough. The sofa itself is lovely and I'm thrilled :)

Very good service and arrived in the time frame given. The drivers were helpful. Sofas are amazing.

"I ordered my Hartfield sofas at the…online"

I ordered my Hartfield sofas at the start of May, but when I chased up my delivery in July it seemed my order hadn't been sent to production. It is nearing the end of August and I still have not had a delivery date despite asking several times.
Communication has been very poor and only a small compensation (delivery charge) has been offered, which is unexpectable as I have had to go for a few weeks without a sofa. This was a sofa for my first home by myself and as an expensive purchase, I expected a lot more.

Wouldn't recommend or use again!

Great customer service, showroom (Marlow) and communication. The delivery, though expensive, was very professional. Really pleased with the Hector and Ralf sofas and will be looking to replace an old sofa soon with another design from the stylish Arlo & Jacob range.

A professional service from start to finish. Helpful and friendly staff at the Wilmslow show room - always on hand to offer advice but not at all pushy so we could browse and discuss amongst ourselves. There was an extensive selection at the show room.

We are very pleased with our choice - Hector - and the quality is excellent.

The delivery service was likewise a hassle free experience with the delivery guys doing a great job getting Hector round some tight corners.
