"Amazing service, beautiful sofa and 5 ⭐ delivery"

I had my Arlo & Jacob Cartwright sofa and Charlie footstool delivered in time for Christmas, on 21 December (which I was delighted about). The delivery guys were in touch with me first thing in the morning to let me know their expected arrival time and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. They took an incredible amount of care getting my new furniture in the house. We live in a coach house so getting it to the lounge could have been tricky but Ed & Ian were experts and before I knew it, my new sofa was in pride of place in my lounge. I was very impressed with how they plumped and styled the sofa to perfection and how friendly and efficient they were. I am so happy with my beautiful furniture and the icing on the cake was the superb delivery and customer service. Thank you Arlo & Jacob, and Ed & Ian!

My new sofa arrived before Christmas as promised and I am really pleased with it. The delivery personnel were excellent and personable and set it all up, whilst providing advice on moving it in future etc. Having had bad experiences with other companies, this was greatly appreciated. From my first enquiry via the website, to popping into the Melbourne to look at fabric and through to it being delivered, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and informative.
I ordered the modular Otti corner sofa. The quality of it is spot on and it's SO comfortable!

Arlo and Jacob's beautiful store at Ben's Yard, Ely, was the perfect place to relax whilst choosing our new sofa. We had an idea of what we wanted, then the team at Arlo and Jacob gave great advice to help make it happen. From start to finish our experience with Arlo and Jacob was fantastic. We delivery was efficient and professional. The love our luxurious new sofa and would happily shop at Arlo and Jacob again.

"Outrageous storage charge!"

Settee and snuggler chair ordered in their Harrogate store.
The lady who served us completed the order form by inserting the wrong size settee and wrong delivery address.
We noticed these errors when the order was confirmed by them, they were corrected, and the order processed at a cost of over £4000.
We chose a delivery date and were told there would be a ‘storage charge’ if delivery could not be made on this date.
Little did we know that they would charge £225 a week for the pleasure of storing a settee and snuggler. I accept we could have asked what the charge would be, but the salesperson was fairly hopeless and I doubt she would have had a clue.
Have they really no space in their factory or a store?
Buyer beware!

The sofa is amazing. So comfortable and we absolutely love the colour. Arlo & Jacob were very accommodating with delivery, especially when we had to rearrange to fit in with the collection of our old sofa.
