Brilliant, proactive, customer-centric service and a top-quality sofa that we love!

We had a few setbacks with production and delivery that meant our sofa took longer to arrive than advertised but these were beyond A&J's control and the customer care team really went above and beyond to communicate updates clearly and remedy the situation for us. We will be using them again if ever we're in the market for a new sofa or armchair.
