After a year since the beginning of the agreement and endless apologetic emails and repeat phone calls from their inadequate accounts department, they failed twice to follow up and implement correctly a simple direct debit payment procedure, and still even now today they can’t get our contact details correct, despite numerous assurances of this being resolved
After personally requesting a breakdown of invoices in order we can revert to pay our account in the old draconian monthly invoiced way, within 5 working days of our request our account is placed with a debt collecting agency to collect our so called late payment that they have created and to charge us interest on late payment and threaten our credit worthiness
Typical scenario of poorly manged accounts department which completely undermines and fails the operational side of a business model.
There are other more flexible companies out there which will not threaten your credit worthiness, and will also collect on time and when they state.

The first time we used the service was fabulous.
The second time, however, has been problems from start to finish - overcharged on the job, then chasing the refund for this for 12 weeks and oddly, Shred-It have not responded at all.
We still await a reply to emails plus Recorded Mail.
