After having a nightmare 24hrs being told my car would be written off due to engine failure, i was worried i would be left paying for a vehicle i can’t use. I then spoke to a lovely, helpful and brilliant lady called Jenny, who laid out all my options on moving forward. Jenny put me to ease knowing that something can be done and i wouldn’t be so out of pocket and still be able to get back on the roads in due course.
