"Second car with Marsh"

Second car with Marsh, absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite in fact, at the end of the phone in a Manchester based call centre and wait times no longer than five minutes. Missed a payment and the lady i spoke to today was very friendly, took the time to listen to my circumstances and went over and above expectations. Of course the APR is high but where is risk there is a risk based premium

"Used Marsh finance to purchase a car. they lied to ombudsman"

Used Marsh finance to purchase a car. The car was broken from point of purchase, the garage initially claimed to have repaired it but the issue was still there. After they refused to fix it I asked Marsh to take the vehicle back as it was unsuitable. They refused and I had to take it to the financial ombudsman. After the initial findings from the ombudsman went in our favour Adam Marsh from Marsh finance appealed and sent a load of lies to the ombudsman to try and get it overturned. Thankfully they had evidence against this and it was ruled in our favour, car gone, all refunded,

"Shocking service"

Shocking service. After approving the loan, listening to the disclosures, and providing all information requested, they query an address mismatch on my license. At the 11th hour, after I've already paid a deposit to the dealership and signed all documents. It's completely irrelevant as my license hasn't been updated for years. They have my address, I'm the homeowner of the address, and my license showing an old address is completely irrelevant to anything.
