I usually don’t like dealing with marsh finance as I find majority of there call handlers can be quite rude, but yesterday I had to ring marsh regarding making a payment and changing the date of my direct debit and I spoke to a lady called Vicki Taylor and I must say she’s probably be most polite person I have ever spoken to not only at marsh but within the customer service sector. Lovely lady! Give her a pay rise!
