So I originally had finance with the assets exchanged I had never missed a payment with them in the last 2 and a bit years however had a family emergency and phoned them there weren't very helpful and was dreading phoning them this morning I mean to the point I didn't even want to phone and was sent over to marsh finance having found out they have taken on asset exchange customers so I explained everything to the adviser to be honest I was so shocked never in my life have a spoken to a more understanding amazing women she explained the same thing had happened in her family and omg it was weird how similar it was and to where it was I forgot I was taking to the finance company she was so understanding and friendly and so helpful in every way we did a income and expenditure and made a realistic payment plan so I could catch up in a time frame I was comfortable with and made me feel like the company and her understood my situation and now I pray this never happens again but if I did need help I know I can phone up with out any judgement or threats to take my car away ( like the asset exchange did ) I think it's the best thing for customers to of been moved to an understand and helpful company.... to marsh finance the employers name was Vicki Taylor I genually think you need to listen to call i had with her this morning and how amazing she was I really hope she gets an promotion or pay rise or something she was just incredible friendly I don't feel like anything I write can explain how understanding she was and how now touch wood it never happens but if I do struggle I can phone and know I'm not being judged or made to feel awful so thank you .....

"Absolutely shocking "

Absolutely shocking
The very very worst organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. Except perhaps for their nominated solicitors ….you name it they’ve done it including looking up my social media months after the matter was “concluded”
The “collections manager” is something else as well.
Then there is the car. The car should never have been sold to me as it was not declared as an ex-rental and because it has never been serviced in a main dealer, the warranty was invalid so when the car went pop, I was on my own because Marsh didn’t want to know. Do not deal with Marsh.


Update 13/01/25: note the bot has replied with the usual customer service complaints taken seriously response - spoiler alert: they really aren’t!
I’ll update this again further in due course

"Ruined credit file"

Ruined credit file, shocking service, customer care team should be removed, as nothing comes from contacting them.
I bought a car through them in 2021, was in a position to pay it off in 2022, proceeded to do so, thought nothing more of it file was closed, applied for a mortgage in 2024, that's now being denied as the have wrote settlement on my CCR instead of closed there interpretation of the word doesn't match CCR coding, instead of changing the code to rectify it and allow me to complete my application, I'm being ignored and told everyday (and I mean everyday) someone will ring me which doesn't happen, disgraceful company, do the right thing and rectify my CCR file, months this is going on now, I'm about to lose my home because of youse...

"Brought a range rover evoque in 2021 5…"

Brought a range rover evoque in 2021 5 months later it needed a new timing chain. Then 2 years later the engine has blown up. The service from Tom customer service is shocking refused to help in any way. The car broke down within 5 months of having it. It now has set on fire and ive been offered nothing!! KEEP AWAY from this finance company!! The collections person sarah was also shocking as these were the options they offered:
1.) Pay the settlement figure which then i would need to pay another 8000 on top for new engine.
2.) Give the car back and i would have to pay for the engine as its not road worthy!
3.) Take the car to we buy any car !! are they having a laugh!! The car starts but needs a new engine how can i take a car to we buy any car to be fixed?
Overall this finance company are by far the worst to a point i'm now taking it to the financial ombudsman and will be taking legal action! Honestly dont bother with these waste of time!
