Ordering and delivery was super fast and happy with it, HOWEVER, let down by the lady that delivered the parcel, extremely rude! She is delivering to a school at a busy time (lunchtime) and complained about having to wait for the barrier to the school to open and said next time she won’t bother delivering the parcel RUDE

"The balls are excellent"

The balls are excellent but an instruction on inflating would have helped. There was no suggestion to remove the “plug” and then insert the straw. This would have saved a lot of time and frustration. Once inflated the group had a great fun with them especially when I recounted that they were suitable for over 3 years. Our average age is probably 70+!
