"Esperienza terribile con la GreenMotion"
Ho avuto un esperienza terribile con la GreenMotion (GM)!!! Ho prenotato ad Alghero Aereoporto, dove ero per lavoro, una panda e mi hanno dato una Kia Picanto dove non entravano neanche i bagagli. La macchina si è fermata due volte per un guasto elettrico causandomi un ritardo nel mio appuntamento di lavoro (la macchina evidentemente non era controllata). Quando ho telefonato preoccupato, viste le condizioni dell'auto di non ripartire la mattina dopo , la signorina della GA mi ha risposto..."speriamo che non succeda...". Riconsegnata l'auto mi hanno detto che mancavano 10€ di benzina addebitandone 45€...(tutto questo senza che nessuno di loro si sia almeno scusato)

"Avoid using this company at all cost"
First of, if you looking for the “Pisa airport” green motion forget it already. It is actually situated 20 min away from the airport so if this isn’t enough to scare you away already. When you finally make it to the office you will be greeted by a very “junior crew” (I’m trying to express my self as controlled as possible) with bad English and poor service skills. After a while more and more hidden fees pops up and the “full insurance” isn’t what you wanted and you “have to add more to stay safe”. All the bureaucracy and paperwork took a solid 45 min before we where on our way. When it was time to return the car there was a lot of inspection time a complaints about every small dirt stain. Then we where promised to be returned back (remember that the rental station is far away from the airport/city) but since this was apparently only when they had “not so much to do” we where refused. This resulted in a cab and train ride back.... to summarise it: you will save a lot of time, money and energy in the long run by going for a normal car rental

"GREEN MOITION-FIUMICINO -AVOID OR TAKE PHOTOS!!!!!"
GREEN MOITION-FIUMICINO - Parker booking - 17.8.19 to 24.8.19. AVOID or if you have no other choice TAKE PICTURES of your car before you drive away. Our experience with this company was dire from start to finish. Firstly it took atleast half an hour to pick us up from the airport, turns out there is only one person doing this and on some days he is also manning the desk on his own. We paid online with a broker and thought we’d paid with full cover, we had this in writing but the company said we weren’t covered and we had to pay another £280. We were told with this cover we were FULLY COVERED and if anything happened we would have ZERO to pay. When we returned the car he checked it and said there was a slice in the tyre, we told him we were fully covered but he said it didn’t include tyres, he showed us the small print. When we paid the £280 extra the lady on the desk told us specifically that we had ZERO to pay no matter what happened and did not mention tyres as a separate entity. LUCKILY we took pictures of the vehicle before we left and it clearly showed the damage was there before we took it (so they sent us out with a defective tyre) Without that evidence they were wanting £260 for a new tyre! Please, please take photos and be VERY careful, they will make up any lies to get a bit more cash out of you and you have no choice because you have a flight to catch!!! Also beware the ‘meek’, non confrontational man who picks you up and checks the car, he is devious and knows exactly what he is doing. He’s playing a character of ‘just doing his job’ and won’t let you speak to a manager, this is clearly because he is the manager but won’t admit it.

"Apalling attitude towards safety ... and honesty."
We booked for 2 child seats for a 2 year old and a 4 month old, yet they picked us up in a car from airport with no seats so there was no choice but to travel with no safety. Totally illegal. And the driver drive with one hand the whole way, the other clutching her cigarettes.
Then when we got there they bought out 2 battered old seats, one wrecked totally. But neither suited to a toddler at all, again not legally compliant seats for a 4 month old baby, he would have to sit upright in the seat and hold himself up. Again, hes 4 months old - he cant sit up and its horrendously dangerous.
Their response - this is what we have, go to the airport and find a different firm if you want.
Also, the car was stated as a guaranteed modem in all communications. Suffice to say they apparently don't even have that model, another straight forward lie.
Finally, the "return empty" con. Receiving a car with 20km fuel in it, but you're bound to return it with a decent level if fuel which they pocket.
They seem cheap, but they are unprofessional, and frankly illegal in terms of safety. Don't touch them if you're a family.
UPDATE: I emailed greenmotion, who said that though they stated "Citroen DS7 Crossback Automatic 2019 Guaranteed" the only guarnateed part is apaprently "2019". Very misleading / dishonest. They failed to respond or acknowledge the issues with the condition of child seats nor the lack of inserts/child seat for a baby. Finally, they stated they are not responsible for the journey from the airport to them by shuttle - just beware if you choose to use them.

"NE LOUEZ JMS AVEC GREEN MOTION!!"
Surtout ne louez jamais avec Greenmotion!! Très mauvaise expérience : après avoir payé la réservation en ligne par carte, au moment de récupérer les clés ils nous annoncent qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous donner la voiture, car la caution ne peut se faire par carte de débit (celle avec laquelle nous avions payé). Et ceci sans possibilité d'être remboursés bien sûr, alors que nous n'avons pas pu prendre la voiture, et sous prétexte que c'était de notre faute, que nous aurions dû mieux lire les petites lignes du contrat...ils auraient dû le spécifier sur leur site internet, au moment de payer sur internet (comme toutes les autres agences font) ou essayer de trouver un compromis, mais ils n'ont même pas cherché à comprendre. Très très mauvaise expérience, et le vendeur était très désagréable.

Faccio la prenotazione sul sito italiano (e leggo termini e condizioni italiane) arrivo a Lefkada alle ore 15 (ritardo aereo) e mi fanno pagare 156,00 per aggiornamento prezzo perchè sono arrivata in ritardo ( sul sito nei termini e condizioni ci sono 2:30 minuti di tolleranza) ma facendo presente questa cosa all'ufficio reclami loro mi dicono che i termini e condizioni della grecia sono altri.
Naturalmente mi hanno consegnato la macchina alle ore 15 e 18 minuti (stampa del contratto quidni solo 18 minuti in più) io ero in attesa lì da almeno 30 minuti con due persone davanti ma loro sono "MOLTO LENTI" se l'aereo è in ritardo, la macchina per una settimana costo 330 euro ritardo di 18 minuti causato dall'aereo 156 euro in più, e da nessuna parte c'è scritto il prezzo in caso di ritardo quindi possono chiederti quello che vogliono.
Ho sempre noleggiato auto ma con loro mai più, perchè poi pensi e la mia caparra?? troveranno qualcosa anche lì?? brutta esperienza, non la consiglierei

"attenzione alle clausole"
ho noleggiato l'auto prenotandola a Marzo tramite Ryanair e inserendo già l'assicurazione, arrivato ad Edimburgo vado per ritirare la macchina ed ecco l'inghippo, per la franchigia serve una carta di credito con PIN altrimenti non rilasciano l'auto, l'addetto ovviamente non parla una parola d'italiano e parla parla parla, alla fine riesco a malapena a capire che devo versare la franchigia di 200€ tramite bancomat e PIN ma invece mi viene stipulata una polizza assicurativa contro rischi totali per ben 479€, identica cosa per un altro passeggero arrivato con il mio stesso volo (a lui addirittura han cambiato auto), nonostante la carta di credito con un plafond doppio rispetto a quanto richiesto nel contratto non gli viene accettata per il discorso del PIN, solo che nel contratto questo NON VIENE MENZIONATO, quindi anche lui sbam!! 480€ di assicurazione
per il resto la macchina che mi viene consegnata è perfetta, una 500 con appena 8900 miglia, mi viene permesso di fare delle foto per testimoniare le condizioni esterne (ci sono due piccole bozze sullo sportello), al rientro una rapida controllata e l'addetto mi dice: you will have your deposit back automatically

"Non ho parole delusa al massimo."
Non ho parole avevo prenotato l auto che dovevo trovare all uscita dell aereoporto di heraklion sono arrivata alle ore 8:00 mi viene detto che l auto e stata annullata perché l orario del nostro arrivo era scritto per 6:00 anche sapendo bene l orario della nostra partenza da Roma come può essere l orario di arrivo alle 6:00 se quello di partenza era alle 5:15 intanto io sono rimasta senza auto perché in quel momento non c erano auto da noleggiare altro che scarso per me da non contattare mai piu in tutta la mia vita sono delusa mai successo cose simili dopo aver pagato tutto.

"Avoid this company like the plague"
Avoid this company like the plague, i booked a car with them for my vacation in Sardinia, paid for the car online with my credit card in advance. I was at a hotel 16 km from Alghero and took a taxi to the airport to pick the car, i took my wife and 11 months baby and payed 38 euro for the taxi. Lady at the counter told me that they cant accept my card (the exact same one that i used to book the car with and the one that was perfectly fine for them to take money from) It didnt matter that i used this card with tens of other car hiring companies before, my wife started crying and we go take a taxi for 35 euro back to the hotel. When i asked the lady at the counter to speak with a manager the dialogue went as follows: - Can i speak with the manager?
- No, he is not here
- When is he coming?
- Later
- Later when? at what hour?
- I dont know?
- How can you not know that?
- He is coming monday, monday
I wrote an email to them explaining the situation and asking for my money back, i paid for the service that i didnt get, i was present on time ready to take thr car, of course they refused stating that there is a small piece of text in the middle of thousands of other lines in the terms and agreements that i should have read, stating that they require only 2 specific types of cards at the pick up and all cards are fine for booking, what a nice little scam. Upon reading some more about the company and how they make you pay for damages that you didnt cause (try googling the company) i am convinced that they are scamming people with an array of tricks, dont get fooled by their low prices, you will pay mutch more in the end. AVOID AT ALL COST

"Non noleggiate MAI con greenmotion"
Non noleggiate MAI con greenmotion. Ho noleggiato un 9 posti dal 7 al 18 ad Edimburgo. Sono arrivato con 30 min di ritardo a causa del volo e mi hanno detto che l'auto non era disponibile e che avrei dovuto fare un upgrade. Ovviamente con 3 bambini ho dovuto accettare. Poi, come evidenziato da tutti, il gioco è semplice: ti attirano con prezzi bassi e, cercando danni inesistenti, caricano ogni costo possibile al rientro dell'auto. Sanno già dove cercare i danni, visto che li conoscono bene, essendo già presenti sui mezzi. Ovviamente sono molto bravi a distrarti quando ti consegnano la macchina. Io sto valutando un'azione legale. Non fatevi ingannare.
