"Totally awful"

Totally awful, to avoid absolutely.We have been very careful with the car the all holiday and they managed to charge us 200 euros for a pre existing tiny scratch. After a month we came back from Sicily we had to pay a speed conviction (very discutable as no speed camera flashed or police stopped us, apparently 54km/h instead of 50km/h on the last day of our holiday) adding a 60euros administration fee. Make sure to read all the small prints or you will have bad surprise. We should have run away when all the people were shooting at them in their office. We really advise you to stay away from them. Don't let you attract by the "apparent cheaper service" as by the end of the trip it will cost much more if you go with them. Very disappointed.

"Green motion a Milano alla consegna…"

Green motion a Milano alla consegna dopo tre giorni di noleggio hanno fatto un minuzioso controllo trovando due impercettibili righe sul tetto . Sono sicuro di non averle fatte ma che erano già presenti all’inizio del noleggio.
Credo che sia un giochetto che fanno per ogni macchina . Non rende perché non prenderò mai piu una società che si comporta così. Da fare attenzione!,

"Very bad experience"

I discourage everybody from renting the car at greenmotion!

Together with my girlfriend we rented the car at greenmotion in Palermo, Cinisi location for 507 EUR for 14 days in Sicily. I made the booking, through Rentalcars.com, and my girlfriend paid with her credit card.

On the pick-up day, the employee told us that we can’t get the car as my girlfriend’s credit card is not matching with the name on the reservation (but for greenmotion was ok when she made the payment for the total cost when booking!)

But they said that if we pay additionally 390€ +200€ as guarantee then “we can now even lose the car!” Otherwise we will get 200€ back. So we made the deal.

We returned the car without any additional scratches (the car had many when renting). We also washed carefully to meet all the conditions of the agreement: wash the car before returned (personally I had never this request by a rental car company).

But the greenmotion’s employee told us that he found one new scratch on the trunk that was not there before (when we picked up the car, the car was dirty, covered with dust so small scratches were not well visible). Now they want to keep all the money 200€ +addional 61€ to cover the damage!

Checking time at check-in was 3 min.

Checking time at check-out was 30 min to find all possible small scratches (very ridiculous).

Please avoid this company. I’m sure that if we returned the car dirty they would charge us for dirty car. There are no good solutions. They will find any way to take as much as possible from you. Keep away from greenmotion!

Total of 1.097€(for fiat panda) vs initial booking 507€(nice lancia Y) for rental.

"Il noleggio nel complesso discreto"

Il noleggio nel complesso discreto, ci hanno consegnato una Fiat Panda benzina, mi hanno bloccato 200 euro sulla carta di credito più ulteriori 210 euro per le assicurazioni. La cosa antipatica è che nonostante l'acquisto delle assicurazioni rimane una franchigia di 200 euro. Il controllo minuzioso del veicolo al rientro più di quando ci è stata consegnata poteva esporci a un contenzioso. Il prezzo comunque è ottimo. Navetta a 5 km di distanza dall'aeroporto di Palermo ed efficiente

"Ho noleggiato un’auto con green motion…"

Ho noleggiato un’auto con green motion a Palermo e alla consegna anno fatto un controllo dell’auto sommario che è durato non più di due minuti , alla riconsegna anno fatto un controllo dell’auto
Che è durato 20 minuti e sono riusciti a trovare guarda caso due graffietti uno su una borchia è uno sullo sportello il sospetto che il prezzo basso è solo uno specchietto per le allodole per poi addebitarti dei danni inesistenti e guadagnare su quelli , e un sistema disonesto che non fa altro
Che avvalorare le opinioni che girano sugli autonoleggi in Sicilia che non vedranno mai più i miei
Soldi a discapito di tutti i siciliani che lavorano con onestà
Non noleggiate auto con questo autonoleggio non sono onesti e seri

"PESSIMI!!"

PESSIMI!!! Attratti dal prezzo bassissimo siamo finiti a spendere 3 volte tanto tra assicurazione praticamente obbligatoria (320€) e danni che hanno provato in tutti i modi ad addebitarci! Perizia di controllo iniziale 5 minuti, quella finale 30 minuti...
MAI PIÙ CI VEDRANNO, SOPRATTUTTO A PALERMO!

"SEMPRE LEGGERE LE RECENSIONI PRIMA DI FIDARSI"

ASSOLUTAMENTE da evitare l'ufficio di Cinisi (PALERMO AEROPORTO), praticamente obbligati a stipulare una assicurazione di 320€ per ridurre il deposito cauzionale. Alla consegna il controllo dell'auto é durato pochi minuti ed i "danni" segnati erano praticamente solo piccoli graffi quasi impercettibili, questo ci ha fatto capire che anche un piccolo graffietto causato dalla sabbia al mare avrebbe potuto comportare al trattenimento dei 300€ di deposito. Siamo stati quindi super attenti per via di questo fatto ma alla riconsegna il controllo è durato un'eternità, come se stessero cercando in tutti i modi di trovare nuovi microscopici graffi addebitandoci le spese. Ma data la nostra attenzione durante tutta la vacanza non ne hanno trovati e quindi per spillarci soldi hanno segnalato un danno al cerchione sinistro come se avessimo preso un marciapiede (ovviamente ciò non è mai accaduto). Ingenuamente durante il controllo iniziale ci siamo fidati e non abbiamo fatto foto al veicolo, ma sicuramente quel piccolo danno estetico già era presente!
CASUALMENTE i cerchioni non erano coperti dalla loro assicurazione (pagata quanto il noleggio dell'auto stessa) e ovviamente questo non ci era stato detto... In tal caso avrei subito fatto delle foto!

"Worst rental experience ever"

These people rent a car cheep but they have their way to steel your money when you return the vehicle !
I rent a car from Ciampino Airport and when i returned the vehicle I was charged 311 euro for an almost invisible scratch (was not really a scratch but they said it was) on the bumper (100 euro) and one tiny scratch on one wheel rim (150 euro) . Both damages was hard to see and probably existed.
Εspecially the 'scratch' on the bumper was a joke because the employ tried to convince me by trying to remove it with some water and of course he could not ! The bumper was already damaged on the other side but not repaired.
They also charged 61 euro administration fees for 5 minutes paperwork !
They just have their way to charge their customers !

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

Horrible company, horrible service and staff.

Charge you for damages that were already there when they gave the car.

Just BAD COMPANY. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Tutto bene sia al momento della consegna sia a quello della restituzione, ma un deposito cauzionale di 1.100 € mi sembra eccessivo.
