Puffitup has been a pain to deal with, initially I was enticed by the promotions available as I am sure many are, the problems arose in regards to shipping. I ordered a product as a birthday present almost a month before the date needed. They stated on there website that there would be an initial shipping delay which is completely understandable and still left weeks of spare time before I had to give the gift. However, that day came and went and was pushed back another business week, after reaching out multiple times I finally got a hold of customer service and they assured me it would be sent by the date stated if not the next day. Well another business week has passed today is the day of the birthday and I am still without a gift or even a shipping number to give in its place because my package has still not shipped. I was never contacted or even notified about any of the delays and even after reaching out to them there was little to no sympathy or consideration. If you want something even remotely prompt (I’ve had faster shipping ordering directly from China) then I recommend looking at one of their many competitors, it matters not which one as they will probably end up serving you better.

I purchased items on January 6th and still haven't received them. I've reached out numerous times to cancel the order, and still no response. I understand you have shipping delays, but no response, in addition, makes this a terrible experience. Today is January 30th - still no items or reply.
