"Avoid Dr Dabber Boost EVO from PuffItUp"
I recently ordered a DrDabber Boost EVO from this company, even though they were experiencing shipping delays at the time I still received my order in just a few days - so points there. It also seemed like a very good deal compared to other vendors - points there.
However I received an original outdated model, meaning I will now need to spend another $100 for an updated adapter and glass attachment for the device to perform as intended.
These early models coming from PuffItUp do not have optimized airflow which has a severe impact on vapor production and will affect the lifespan of the costly atomizer as well.
All in all the ordering experience, speed of shipping and price (kind of) were all great. But if you're considering ordering this specific product from PIU, it will be cheaper and safer to just pay full price directly at Dr Dabber as you will have an up to date model right out of the box.

For the past 6 years i would have given a 5 star rating until now. Sure everything goes great when no problems or issues, NOW MY experience with a 2.5 week old product with defective li-poly battery has been a NEGATIVE -10. The Snarky male customer service rep needs a new job !!! Certainly does not belong in CS. I will update this review as now a female rep is handling my issue. We will see..I suspect as like the other negative on here all goes well until a RETURN or problem arises. Waste of $150..... save yourself the trouble.
UPDATE : DEC 24th 2021 -11:00 am received a call from ZACH ( VERY PROFESSIONAL and Courteous ) six year employee-obviously shows concern for the company and represented what Customer Service SHOULD BE. hopefully resolved - will continue update. Perhaps if those recorded customer service calls are listened to the company can rid itself of the bad apples and become once again the PIU we all once knew. Kudos Zach !!

"Product return process was horrendous"
Product return process was horrendous. Communication took forever to finally receive the return label, and after it was shown delivered, I never received the eligible refund, and they completely stopped responding to my emails for unknown reasons. I had to go thru my credit card company to get the refund.
I initially heard good things about PuffItUp but sadly this experience will be my first & last time shopping with them.

I am so furious! I bought a vape and still haven't received it! It's been months now. The fact that they aren't replying to my e-mails is making me doubt that my order will be delivered.

Nowadays this gradual transition from original cigarettes and tobacco to vapes is really on hype actually. Smokers are ssure that it can ease the harmful consequences of nicotine for their health. I got used to smoke and I also have decided to give up smoking cigarettes and start smoking vapes, because there are lots of tastes and it's much more pleasant to smoke vape. In my opinion, this store is very reliable and responsive, because here you can find any equipment for your device for a quite cheap price. Moreover, there is a big variety of vape liquid, hence you have a choice in tastes.
