"Excellent Customer Service"
Yesterday I had a not so great experience with their phone system so I sent them an email about it. Today I received a voicemail with a case number, once I called back I got right through and was connected with a customer service rep who was excellent, answered all of my questions, was extremely helpful, provided me with next steps for me to get more information on the alert to determine if it's legitimate or not and informed me of various actions I can do if I choose to do so to protect my identity further. The customer service rep also took my feedback on my not so great phone system experience, hopefully that will be used to improve that system. Today's call was excellent customer service and I can't wait to talk to you all again (although I hope I don't have to talk to you all)! Thank you!

"Encountered difficulty receiving email…"
Encountered difficulty receiving email in password reset case. Tech support suggested I look in 'spam' folder. Despite my representations that I didn't have one (on my mobile device) he persisted, convinced me to login directly into comcast wherein I found i did, indeed, have one. Great persistence without essentially calling me an idiot. Grateful for the service & professionalism.
