we are twins from India we were facing many issue with our phone but the lady who is working in phone box( downtown vancouver) helped us a lot...She is really very kind hearted and humble to us..It was thursday and they used to close the shop at 6:30 but due to some issue with us regarding internet she closed the shop after 9:00....Really appriciatable.

They ripped me off. Told me I couldn’t port out online and had to call, while I was working. They then charged me way ahead of the upcoming bill due date. Suddenly when I followed up on porting out they did it immediately over email and refused to refund the charge. Dodgy practices of waiting until after I was billed to process it, terrible service.
