Rubbish service cancelled my phone plan with no notice and had no opportunity to get it back unhelpful service unhelpful staff you’re better off just paying the extra money for a real phone company not this second hand piggy back rubbish service

Ellie is a very pleasant person and i got along with her well which made communication with her easier and she got me a new number and she was just such a pleasant person the entire time i was there. Phonebox as a whole in Downtown Vancouver is very efficient and i definitely recommend it

Horrible customer service. Horrible company don't waste your time getting any plan from this provider. you wil have to spend hours and hours for any support. They will give you lies after lies.

Bad call service, drops frequently.
Customer service was alright but they do not have any authority to do anything, so all they can do is kept on apologizing and try to contact management.

Ordered the ESIM online that didn’t work, I then contacted customer service few times who refused to issue a refund, this is a Rip off company, absolute scam!

Too bad, I was charged $41.58 while I didn't use any electronic from Phonebox also I paid additional $10 for SIM card.
I decided to cancel the service while my phone# didn't transferred to Phonebox at all, After 3 month I was informed that $9.94 will be refunded. it's unbelievable!
