Iedere keer opnieuw incidenten met deze oplichters.

1. Ze rekenen onaangekondigd kosten voor de tankpas na jarenlang kosteloos gebruiker te zijn geweest.

2. Ze rekenen een prijs die hoger is dan bij de pomp staat aangegeven

3. Ze brengen automatisch geld in rekening voor het milieu als je niks laat horen

4. Wanneer een rekening niet juist wordt afgeschreven moet je geld overmaken naar een buitenlands rekening nummer en brengen ze 40 euro in rekening

Fleetcor,,,, Don't do it, What a joke
Worst customer service ever. Months of review for a legitimate $4000.00 claim. I will plaster all of social media and Google with our experience. I will also be seeking legal counsel about this issue. I will share my experience with everyone in the industry. Your system is flawed. All timelines were met. Your debacled customer service has been aware since day one. I have documentation that this dispute has been on going since February and all we were given was the run around because of your incompetent employees from overseas outsourcing who do not know how to do their damn jobs. This is ridiculous considering the amount of money that has been paid to you, THAT IS NOT YOURS!!!!

"Why we are leaving Fleetcor/Shell"

We have been a loyal customer with Shell for many years.

So why are we leaving Fleetcor/Shell:

1. Fleetcor sent us invoices by regular, traditional post office
2. One of these invoices was not delivered by the post office
3. We could not pay this invoice because we had no knowledge that it existed
4. We found out about the unpaid invoice upon reciving a letter from a debt collection company about our debt to Fleetcor/Shell
5. I immediately called Fleetcor to explain this matter - they implied it is our fault, because we should have **guessed** that maybe the post office did not deliver the invoice (really Fleetcor?)
6. Fleetcor informed during that same phonecall that they had also blocked our Shell cards (without any notice and permanently)
7. Fleetcor said we would have to pay extra for new cards
8. Fleetcor said we would have to write a letter explaining this situation to their credit department and maybe then they will kindly let our company buy fuel from Shell, we also have to give ca 350 EUR deposit to Fleetcor (I thought they were joking, but no...)

Fleetcor never contacted our company in any way to ask why we did not pay the invoice.

All this because the post office failed to deliver the invoice...

A very, very disappointing experience with Fleetcor.

Unbelievable Shell accepts this kind of policy and customer treatment, we do not...

blijven aanmaningen en facturen sturen terwijl we al meer dan een jaar niet bij Shell zijn. Aan de telefoon is alles afgehandeld. Blijven ze aanmaningen en drijgementen sturen

"Fleetcor, geen zaken mee doen"

Ik werd gebeld door een aller aardige meneer. Ik kon een tankpas krijgen bij het van het tankstation in het dorp. De beste man was echter vergeten te vertellen dat er naast de 3% korting die ik kreeg er €1 per tank beurt gefactureerd werd. De klantenservice vertelde mij dat de beste man er niet meer werkte. En dat zij dit niet konden verifiëren.
De niet gecommuniceerde kosten worden nier gecrediteerd.

"Na anderhalf jaar tanken kom ik er …"

Na anderhalf jaar tanken kom ik er achter dat ze 40,- euro per maand aan incasso kosten berekenen. Als reactie geven ze aan dat daar niets aan te doen is en dat ik zelf verantwoordelijk ben om de facturen te checken. Is niet ``Shell waardig" Zeker geen aanrader die tankpas!

"Abzocke nach Wechsel von Schell auf Fleetcor"

Nur scheinbar hat sich nichts geändert beim Wechsel von Schell zu Fleetcor. Tatsächlich haben sich die Gebühren klammheimlich bei 5 Tankkarten von unter 10 EUR bei Schell auf über 80 EUR erhöht. Die Kartengebühren wurden auf 3,95€ bzw. auf 4,95€ (bei. internat. Karte) erhöht. Es wird jetzt pro Betankung eine Gebühr einbehalten, wenn mann nicht an der "hinterlegten" Wahltankstelle tankt. Und Betankungen im Auslang werden mit 8% belastet.
Und jetzt das perfide: Wenn man da anruft und sich als Neukunde ausgibt, bekommt man einen ganz anderen günstigen Tarif angeboten ganz ohne Gebühren. "Na da will ich diesen Tarif auch" wird mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass Bestandskunden diesen Tarif nicht erhalten, sondern nur Neukunden.

Ich kann allen die von Fleetcor übernommen worden sind nur empfehlen sich mal ihr Abrechnung genauer anzuschauen. Wir werden jedenfalls kündigen und zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln.

Firma żąda kaucji za karty, deaktywuje karty wg. własnego uznania. Potem żąda wpłaty kaucji i wykonania nowych kart za opłatą. Dokąd rozliczeniami zarządzała firma Shell wszystko było sprawne i czytelne w rozliczeniach. Przestrzegam przed tą firmą! NIE INFORMUJE O DEAKTYWACJI KART! ani drogą mailową, nie wspominając już o telefonie!
